it is vary fingerprint prone!!!

Piece of junk. Don't waste your money. 3 mths out of warranty and they won't repair. Screen freezes bars all over the place that are colored, have to do hard shut down 8 times a day. 2 USB ports quit working, battery lasted 2 mths past warranty of 6 mths, audio is horrible. Paid almost 400 dollars for this. contacted Better Business Bureau as Asus customer service is a bunch of idiots and talk to people that you can't even understand. DO NOT BUY
and yes, I updated all the software through ASUS..If you google problems with Asus 1000HA Xp , you will see others have had the same problems..
I absolutely love my Asus EEE PC 5 out of 5
It is small enough to fit in a tote. I can take it to my home visits and type everything right up in the home and then download it at work. It is easy to use (once you get use to the small keyboard) I absolutely would recommend it to anyone who was looking for something handy and easy and small.

The gizmo works OK, but service is a joke. I've called on 3 service issues. Been very polite. Each call, I've been told that the issue requires a senior tech...and promised a call-back. Not once did anyone call back!
Also, my AC Power supply failed. Submitted an RMA request on March 30. Got an email stating the part is out-of-stock. Called April 13; still out-of-stock and no way of predicting when it would be available. Pretty hard to run an electronic device without power.
Next time, I'll buy a Dell or Acer. NEVER again with Asus, due to service.
